I love Miami and a good location makes your vacation perfect. This hotel is in perfect location and the price that you are paying is what you are getting. Don't expect Marriott's service or room service. Their employees are really helpful. Overall, I will definitely stay here again.
For $60, I knew what I was getting myself into. The room was decent (shower water was broken so no hot water), the staff was nice, the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. For $60, I would stay again in a pinch. Again, not the best in the world but it's hard to beat for the price (I wouldn't pay more than $85).
I have stayed at the best hotels and the worst through my travels. While this was definitely on the lower end it could have been worse. Like I said, no hot water was a real drawback and there was hair in the tub. Other than that, linens were clean, rooms have a refrigerator and microwave, and it was decently close to south beach an very close to north.
Overall, if you want to cut costs on lodging, this is definitely an option. Don't expect anything fancy - in my world this was slumming in but I dealt just fine.

I appreciated very much the fact that we got free meals ! Hotel is affordable and very close, walking distance to beach. They had events set up for all people staying there everynight with good deals on club entrances. It felt more of a home versus a hotel. It is a great was to enjoy Miami Beach and meeting new people. I defenitly recommend it and when I go back I will defenitly stay there.
