This hotel was perfect for my partner and I. Close to two major metro stations, in the heart of St. Germain. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was small but fine for two people it was clean and made up everyday!! Didnt have breakfast in the hotel, as you are surrounded by typical french cafes and bistros. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in paris.
"Lovely hotel 5 minute walk to the metro station."
The hotel was very modern and clean and great value for money, an excellent place to stay if you want to explore Paris as it is a 5 minute walk from the metro station. On our arrival we were upgraded to the larger room downstairs which was a delight!
The staff at the reception desk were VERY helpful and always available and informative (one in particular who worked during the day time, its a shame we didn't catch his name) this helped make our trip to Paris lovely and memorable! LOVED IT!

The 2 bedroom room was very tiny, both twin beds were pushed up together, but they were both comfortable. Really all we needed was a place to sleep and a bathroom, and this place was great. The bathroom, while tiny, had a very nice shower. If you intend on doing a lot in Paris and only really sleeping in your room, this place is great. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was in a quiet area. The only complaint was that the staircase was spiral and so extremely steep! Can't help that, but it was a pain to walk up to our rooms on the 4th floor with how steep the stairs were. The hotel is right near a metro station that takes you in to most of the major tourist locations, and it is super easy to switch to another line to get where you need to go. Also, this place was near a small corner store that sold kebabs, burgers and pizza extremely late into the night, which is nice considering most other places closed fairly early. Down the street was a small bakery where you can buy a cheap breakfast. Overall, I enjoyed it and would stay there again. The price was great, too.

Rooms are very small, but that seems to be the norm in Paris.
Lovely stylish hotel with warm friendly staff. Perfect location in a typical Parisien neighbourhood, not too busy, not too quiet. Pernety metro 200m away. Good Bar next to Pernety station called 'Au Metro'

I ditto what the other reviews said about the excellent location, close to metro lines and restaurants. But, what was not mentioned is that there is a Monoprix (the French version of Target or Wal-Mart). The downstairs is the grocery section where you can get fruits, snacks, wine, liquor, and water. A liter of Vittel mineral water cost 0.60 euros. Go here for your grocery shopping if you're on a budget.
Yes, my room was small and I figure the size had to be mentioned so that Americans who are so used to oversized American hotel rooms would not be caught off guard. However, I must admit that the two of us had a problem fitting two roll aboards in the room. The bathroom on the other hand was plenty large with a tub, a sink, a shower and commode and plenty of room to maneuver.
Our room was on the main floor at the end - No. 9. It was very quiet, very clean room with a firm bed and very clean bathroom. I felt that the price was reasonable (Paris is an expensive city) and the room was a great value. In addition to air conditioning, the WiFi is free and there is a TV. Breakfast was not included in the price, but at 12 euros, you get a large variety of breakfast food (coffee, tea, orange juice, tartines, croissants, deli meats, eggs, cereal, fruit) and it's all you can eat. You couldn't get a better deal at the local cafes.
