Room was small, but clean and modern. Hot showers, free WI fi. Appreciated being able to print our boarding passes from lobby computer. Great value and location. loved the montparnasse area. Lots of restaurant choices. Great gelato on the corner and sushi right next door. Used the scenic # 6 metro often and loved that the Edgar Quinet station was a block away. Sunday artist market and Thursday local market on Edgar Quinet street were a lot of fun. Easy walk from the Les cars CDG #4 airport coach drop off point. Loved the La Parisienne patisserie on Odessa a block away. Would definitely stay there again.
A perfect Parisian-style address in the heart of the theaters discrit of Montparnasse. Few steps away from the metro/ TGV …More
Room basic but nicely decorated, clean and bed extremely comfortable. Nice bit of Paris to stay in - lively but not overly so and away from the tourist areas. Didier on the desk was helpful and friendly. Good value and would stay there again.

Hotel well located near a metro stop. Its a bit of distant from the sights but that's no issue since metro and velib are close. Staff are friendly and will allow you try out your bit of French. Gym is basic but the breakfast is massive. Its €16 for the full monty however.
Nice hotel located in the Southern Parisian suburbs. Staff were friendly and spoke in four languages. Would recommend stopping here if you ever visit Paris. Located close to two of the Metro lines as well so easy access to the tourist areas. Only stopped 2 nights so didn't explore the local area too well but plenty of traditional shops and restaurants in the area.
Clean, well equipped apart hotel. In a quiet location near to the tram and M stations. Direct access via Didot Tram stop to Cite Universite station for RER to Airport.
Brilliantly helpful and very informative staff that couldn't help enough !
Will definitely stay again if in Paris. Reasonably priced for a weeks stay too 😊
From check in to check out, the staff were perfect. Downstairs lobby area and bar were highly presented. The lift was a tad small so maybe only suitable for 2 at a time with luggage. WiFi is free (or was as part of my booking) and is offered as a 48hr log in service per device - requested 3 codes each time without questionso assume its as many as required.
The bed was nice and comfy, bathroom spacious and all turned down nicely each day with fresh stocks of necessities and tea/coffee as required.
Location is on a quiet street, very close to supermarkets and direct line of sight to Eiffel Tower from the corner store - walkable in about 30 minutes following metro line 6 from Montparnasse to Bir Hakeim. Local metro (Pernety) is a few hundred yards walk and as with most lines in Paris, operates about once every 5 minutes.
Day before checkout my wife was feeling a little peaky, so decided against my usual Metro/RER trip back to CDG Airport, instead asking front desk about their shuttle service, at 8pm the night before i was a little doubtful, but Olivier was confident and after a few minutes on the phone had secured passage for €36 for both including 2 suitcases and 2 hand luggage €16 payable to desk, €20 to driver (very reasonable when Metro is €1.70 and RER €9.50)
Only negative would be breakfast, not in quality, but pricing, bookable the night before for €10 or on the day for €13 - although being completely honest, this is normal for Paris, its just a personal gripe i have.
Nice hotel, very helpful friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Directly opposite the tube but walkable to town if you like a stroll.
The rooms are small but it really isn't a problem.woild recommended booking a deal including breakfast so you can fill up for the day. Eating out in Paris has gone up a fear deal since I was last there 3 years ago.
The hotel is very close to the metro, restaurants and shopping. However it is very tired in appearance. The rug in our room was badly stained and needing some attention, although it was well vacuumed. Bathroom was very clean which suggests the cleaning staff was doing their job. I would query the 2* rating. Breakfast was certainly adequate and the coffee was excellent. The staff was very helpful and accomodating which we appreciated.
